Of course, to behave otherwise is exactly what distinguishes your contributions from those worth bothering with.

I think if you want to look for the raping and a pillaging there are thousands of more historically accurate examples.
Like Mongols, Vikings, crusaders, the Spanish, what the Japanese’s did to Nanking, the ming dynasty Khmer Rouge, and many many more

They let the Russians go to Berlin while Patton went straight to Czech republic basically. Looking for the bell project. How's that synthetic rubber factory which employed thousands , but never produced any rubber , as far as I know.
The Americans didn't have nuclear tech near ready, until the Germans gave it to them...
Those crazy Germans were up to no good you know...
And the Jewish and more importantly Catholics were the victims of a very sinister plot ..
Nothing to do with the fake news we are being fed about it
Where in England it's now a crime to question ....,
Btw ...Where did the , off top of head so don't quote me
Where did the 8 trillion in today's money of Nazi money disappear to eh ??? bank of international settlements
    Where did it resurface......
Or more importantly who was it lent to , eh Japan ,Germany .....

Must be a good bottle of red tonight.
Stalin was fixated with Berlin, much like Adi was with Stalingrad.
The Germans were finished after Jan 1943 and it was only a matter of time, Berlin was of no importance to the West but to the Russian it was.
The Germans may have got the atom bomb earlier but they exported a lot of human capital as they were not German enough.

I doubt the Germans had the budget to develop " the bomb", the US spent a fortune on it.

    .
    The Bomb was a bargin.
    1/3 cheaper than the B29.
The program ultimately cost $3 billion dollars, versus $2 billion for the Manhattan Project.
The nazis spend about 1/2 a billion USD of WW2 money alone of the V1 and V2 program

There was a bigger prize and Berlin ,as u said wasn't important
    Let the Russians have it
There are sworn testimonials from a dornier pilot about flying through a " mushroom" cloud late 44 ...off too of head
The Germans didnt have a delivery system capable , and you must ask the questions : why didn't the Germans place any importance on its nuclear activity,. Something better ? Up their sleeve?
They did investigate using the bomb , I think it was called operation New York
And the Americans when from the slow plutonium centrifuge to a faster chemical uranium method , within a few months ( I always get this mixed up so don't quote)
But from about july to when they dropped the bomb in August
They used German technology given to them , the Germans had the money alright , look at how much they spent on the synthetic rubber plant at Auschwitz that produced how much rubber ....? And took how much electricity?
    They had the means alright
And the Americans didn't need to use the bomb , Japan was already broken and would have collapsed within a year

The amerika boimber was capable of delivering a 2 ton larger payload to the east coast of America. than the first US atomic bomb

There was a guy in all the best motorcycle advertisements back in the 1950's - his name was "Lucky Jim" and he owned a "ROYAL ENFIELD"!

I know because I too was a lucky Jim!

    Did they build it?

They built 2 of these apparently, one was flown to with sight of NY on a test run, so a story goes.... They probably dropped the

    test Atom bomb too....

Me thinks too many people watch futuristic WW2 movies where the Germans have very advanced equipment.

    Google https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinkel_He_277 or
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amerika_Bomber
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Messerschmitt_Me_264
Messerschmitt Me 264 prototype flew in 23 December 1942.
the B29 protoype flew until 21 September 1942.
Zee Germans problem was their efforts were chaotic, fragmented and had to account for the ever changing whims of their leader.
They spent far too much money chasing super weapons and trying to exterminate a race of people instead of providing shells and ammunition, decent cold weather equipment and fuel for their conventional forces.

They finished one though it flew for 50 minutes only.

Break free of Dealerships and spare parts.

I've always wondered about the American claim of " Saving Lives" by bombing Hiroshima, surely they could have just stopped and waited for the Japanese to surrender, mind you they were a tad amped up.
Probably more for the Russians benefit.
didn't the Germans have quite a few tanks and planes, just nothing to run them on as the Plotski ( wrong spelling) in Romania had now changed hands?

    Which highlights my questions
If they had a working prototype and which may have had the capacity
Why didn't they use it ?
Because they may have had a better alternative, which may have been the bigger prize that Britain and America knew about
Give Berlin to the Russians etc
