I see that the Donald - and the stooge he's put in as EPA head - want to increase the ethanol content of fuel in the US.
They're claiming it's greener...
What is happening of course is that it's corn based ethanol - and it's the farmers lobby which is driving it.
Corn based ethanol is one of the least efficient ways of producing the stuff and the EPA and the Obama administration had started to scale back the ethanol content in fuels - which was NOT popular in the farming states....
I'm watching yanks screaming that the farmers should be producing food - not ethanol. So much for draining the swamp....
