First they would need to retrieve the right for the country to control it's own money supply from the federal reserve for that to happen!
Think back on American history and all the bloodshed that it took for them (the banking cartel) to get it set up in their current favour!

Trump is not controlled by the money men in the US. They won't even loan him money to bail him out - he had to turn to Deutsche Bank for that - and they deal in Russian mafia money - laundering it through people like Trump.

Then there was the famous real estate deal where an oligarch paid Trump a $US60,000,000 profit on a house, making that house the most expensive house in US history. That deal got Trump out of deep financial shit at the time. Remarkably it seems the house has since been bulldozed. None of which makes much sense unless money laundering was in play?

So, Trump tells Merkel she was bugged by Obama too...Sounds like the punchline to a drunken joke.
He seems to believe that the US magically changed into a different country as soon as he assumed office - with no responsibility for anything which had gone before. It's irrelevant whether or not she was bugged, he should be working with his agencies not against them.
But I suppose if you're getting your intel from Breitbart and Fox, it's understandable...

Where Trump is trying it on is because he's a US citizen - and Obama's team have already declared they didn't bug US citizens. He's saying he was treated as an enemy of the state. IMO he should have been too, LOL.
And yes, I'm aware there is a statement coming out shortly from the Senate regarding the alleged bugging of Trump tower.
Wouldn't surpise me to find that it was bugged - but by the Republican party to try and find ouit what the idiot was going to do next....

I would be surprised if she wasn't aware of it especially since Obama personally apologised to her for it 4 years ago.
