Now that Trump has been impeached by the House of congress, Unlike Nixon who quit prior to being impeached, he can never be pardoned for these crimes. He cannot pardon himself , and he cannot be pardoned by a future president.
Even if a subsequent president wanted to pardon Trump they can not.
Article II, section 2 of the constitution gives a president the power to pardon anyone who has been convicted of offenses against the United States, with one exception: “in Cases of Impeachment.”
Robert Reich, a former US secretary of labor, is professor of public policy at the University of California at Berkeley.

posting links to diocuemnts is not proof they need to be actaully tied to the cases and effect the outcome ie how it effects the facts.

    That's ironic coming from you.

BTW did you get a 7 year old to proof read that?

Hey dummy there isn't a 'House of Congress'. He has been impeached only by the House of Representatives, and he hasn't been found guilty of anything.

Interesting article. Trumps inexperience will be incredibly costly should he get a 2nd term.

I notice that this video was conveniently ignored when it was posted a few pages ago - so I'll give it another airing.

Now how is this admission by Joe Biden (presumably acting on behalf of the Obama administration) any different to what the Democrats are accusing Trump of?

I see Santa gave you no common sense again this year plus some more paranoia as well.

Biden didn’t blackmail Ukraine. His demand that a prosecutor be fired was the will of the U.S. government and other Western leaders.
    • There’s no evidence that Hunter Biden was under investigation at the time Biden made his request.
    • Trump wasn’t simply "asking if it was true." He wanted a public announcement of an investigation of the Bidens to benefit himself. Aid to Ukraine was held up in the meantime.
Fighting corruption would not have required Trump to encourage Zelensky to work with Rudolph Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer, who has said that he was working in Ukraine to advance his client’s personal interests

What Biden did in Ukraine Biden in 2015 threatened to withhold $1 billion from Ukraine if it didn’t fire prosecutor general Viktor Shokin. But there’s no evidence Biden did this to shield his son from scrutiny.
Kurt Volker, Trump’s envoy to Ukraine, has testified that Giuliani said that official Ukrainian statements against corruption were insufficient unless they specifically mentioned the investigations touching on the Bidens and on the 2016 campaign.
“So they made some genuine substantial changes institutionally and with people. But … there’s now some backsliding.” (Biden had boasted about this episode in an interview in Aug. 2016.)

“The United States and other Western nations had for months called for the ousting of Mr. Shokin, who was widely criticized for turning a blind eye to corrupt practice,” the New York Times reported at the time.

Steven Pifer is a career foreign service officer who was ambassador to Ukraine under President Bill Clinton and deputy assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian Affairs under President George W. Bush. He told PolitiFact that “virtually everyone” he knew in the U.S. government “felt that Shokin was not doing his job and should be fired. As far as I can recall, they all concurred with the vice president telling Poroshenko that the U.S. government would not extend the $1 billion loan guarantee to Ukraine until Shokin was removed from office.”

As for Jason Trump has been impeached, he now cant be pardoned for these crimes ,unless someone changes the constitution. End of story, tough luck, how sad.
Regardless of whether a sitting president can be indicted and convicted on such criminal charges, Trump will become liable to them at some point.
But could he be pardoned, as Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon 45 years ago?
Article II, section 2 of the Constitution gives a president the power to pardon anyone who has been convicted of offenses against the United States, with one exception: "In Cases of Impeachment."
If Trump is impeached by the House, he can never be pardoned for these crimes. He cannot pardon himself (it's dubious that a president has this self-pardoning power in any event), and he cannot be pardoned by a future president.
After that, he will be quite literally unpardonable.

Where the fuck did I say anything about Joe Biden's son?

I'm talking about the quid pro quo deal - that apparently is only acceptable if it stems from the Democrats.

Last ever reply to you in this thread, as you clearly are not intelligent enough to figure out stuff. Even when you are given the information.

There was good reason it was ignored.

I'll try and make it simple. Quid pro quo deals pretty much form the basis of foreign policy for all nations. You do this for us, we'll do this for you. It happens all the time.

Trumps was, do this for me or else...

    Can you spot the difference?

    Merry Christmas y'all.

And, "I said sack him or you won't get your billion dollars.", is completely different. Troll play started early eh. Yes, they scratch each others backs and bully the shit out of each other every chance they get, as well as lining each others pockets were practicable and various other other things that fly in the face of being a human being. Arguing over who is the worst when both wings same bird has been historically proven to be true to this date etc... is pretty fuckin' stupid.

There is a question mark over why Trump is there. Why such a politically "violent" reaction to something that quite clearly both sides are doing and all sides have done. That Bush and Blair are walking around as free men astounds me and shows just how bent things can become. We're either in the process of such things being addressed, and Trump is the face, OR, we're in the middle of the same old games.

Yes, both sides look like fuckin' nightmares on paper, but let's see what happens, because the Dems have started down a road they may well have been led to by those promoting Trump. It could be the "game", but given the shit that has taken place, I'd say since Bush and Blair or even Thatcher and Reagan etc... but it goes back further than that, but given that this shit does take place under the watch of "honest" people who do lay their lives on the line for the antics that their, and other's, country(s) deems fit to pull, and given that they have access to the tools to find out what's actually going on because they actually do the job too, and given, fark, the list of reasons to shit the nonsense down is almost endless..., then it is quite possible that there's something else coming down the tubes.

Trump is the weirdest choice of President ever. There is a reason for that. Such things do not happen by accident. Either you're witnessing an epic battle that you'll see in the movies in 10 years time, or it's another sideshow and we'll be here in 10 years time still lying to ourselves. I reckon there's a bit of a fight going on, and the "bad" guys and fed up with the badder guys.
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!
