Geez John you quoted Bonez again. He clearly doesn't grasp that when they talk about the election outcome being determined by the electoral college that refers to the EC being at variance to the popular vote. Trump lost the popular vote by a couple of million but won the electoral college. Most times the EC and the popular vote are in sync. Twice in the last five elections they weren't. Not difficult really.
