    2000 Bandit GSF250 GJ77A fuelling issues

Hi guys, I'm new to the forums and this whole bike thing- but not entirely green when it comes to engines- just bought a bandit from a mate whos had it in the shop getting it fixed- for carby issues- get it back it ran fine for its first run back from the shop- but since its been exhibiting issues much like an issue with the jetting as if the pilot jets are too large- if I dont blip when slowing down and changing down to a slow or stop- sometimes even if I do it will bog down and flood then stall- start it up rev it out to burn the excess fuel and it's away again.
Now normally I'd just use a site like partsouq to order oem parts but it seems Im having trouble finding oem parts for the gsf250. Constantly finding gsf600 or 1200 ok. But 250, noope.

Only a pig at low throttle- once moving shes fine- quite flat til 6krpm
Shop just replaced 2 of the float needle valves for #3 & 4 carbs.
(I bought the bike after shop work was done)
A few questions; does my prognosis sound accurate?
    Ideas of anything else?
And does anyone know where I could order oem parts for the mikuni carbs?

    Thanks in advance

Sounds like the emulsion tubes are worn - pretty common problem
