Got a dent in a single pipe of a header set I want to use. Cant use the frozen water trick as dont have a freezer big enough.
Anbody got some cunning ideas to get the dent out?

First up don't get the wife to do this. Have a steel ball of a close diameter of the pipe welded to a chain . Heat the dent till low red heat then draw the chain through the pipe pulling the ball past the dent . Make a larger ball till you are satisfied with the result. W
Years back I've seen a rod welded to the dent and the dent heated red hot then skillfully pulled out. Tidy up with careful use of a grinder and buffer. I recommend the sanding flappers instead of grinding wheels.
Depends on the dent of course.
all these experts yet none have asked the material it's made from...
