Not super keen on facial piercings because of the permanent scarring in places difficult to cover in job interviews.
The number of times I have been told by various hiring managers etc that facial mods are indications of a poor decision making process is rediculous and has left me very wary of mods outside the clothing area of the job you do.

Mines got a coupla years yet before she needs to worry about that. If the world is still full of pale, age challenged cnuts by then we might have bigger problems but im of the opinion what she has now (yes she gottem today) can be removed with little evidence.
