what kind are your after ?

Um probably don't know enough about them to know what I'm looking for!
Would want something I can hop on and go racing so maybe a package or something like that! Am very handy mechanically and have a bike mechanic on staff but I don't want someone's half finished project/piece of shit!

So basically, look for either a bucketed FXR or an cheap FXR you can chop up.

Suzuki FXR150 or Yamaha R15, definitely the easiest way to get into Bucket racing with something reliable and reasonably competitive.
