Victory motorcycles look a lot sleeker than Harleys and usually at a lot lower price. I'd consider owning a victory long before I even look at a Harley.

Indian Scout is my preference. We were travelling back on the Motorway the other day and a Harley went by with just the right pipes on it. I commented to the Missus that one has to admit the Harley's have a unique and beautiful sound. She agreed.

    Harley sound? Potato potato potato.

Some very nice Victories out there now.

Some nice Harleys too - little things annoy me like the 1970 turn signals.

    Scout - very nice.

Good to hear you are happy with your purchase. Enjoy

I haven't got one but sure would love to!

It's been great to see Polaris Industries doing so well, they have produced great bikes that people want to buy. It has reached a point where Japan Inc. really has genuine competition, finally.

My last bike was the Kiwi version of the Suzuki C50T in Gunmetal grey, 2007. It was a great bike and I was gutted to have to sell it. Now, though, I would go for the Scout with pillion seat and a backrest for the wife and a suitable screen, in that really nice reddish colour.

I've had my Vegas 8Ball for a couple of years now and love it. Nice to see a few more on the road these days. Just back from an Anzac run with 70 other bikes. Shed load of Harley's but mine was the only Vic. Great bike. Quite possibly keeping it forever.

Well done. I understand even the dealers heard it via the media. Not cool from Polaris.
