    Changing mechanical speedo?

    Hey all

I want to put a different speedo on my bike, but the thread for the mechanical cable is large than the stock cable - the new speedo has an m12 thread boss, whereas the old one was an m11. If I buy another cable with m12 fittings then it won't fit at the wheel end which as the m11 fitting!

So any ideas what to do? Can I get a cable with m11 screw thread one end and m12 the other? or is there some kind of adaptor I can get? Any other ways round this?

    Cheers
