I posted a thread on our local FB page asking if anyone knew of a house with a lake view for under $50K.. ''what a tosser'' ''who the fuck does he think he is'' and ''tell him to fuck off and look elsewhere'' were some comments. I deleted the post because the comments (though valid) were not very helpful.

It's ok, I did my own research & figured out who the real dreamers were.
It's not hard to work out when half a town has been for sale with no takers for seven years.

While I did appreciate her property investment "advice" it proved more lucrative to invest in A main centre. But I'd say that's not a bad result for her, given she doesn't return calls & talks over people on the phone, becomes condescending, dosent ever update her TM listings, & explains to people that she has no idea about that "that shows how little you know about property investing" as well as possessing virtually zero class.
You were great, but it was her that ultimately cured us of the district.
