Hey, thanks for posting that link. Fascinating read. I'd been slightly remiss in not considering the 1925 siege of Jedah when considering the full implications of the Brexit. And I can have more confidence in this link as there are 30 references to demonstrate the validity. Slightly watered down by 27 of those coming from the one document, but that's not really important.

I would say for country that invented the steam engine, had an empire, the largest navy in the world for a while, the industrial revolution, built the Spitfire, saw of the Germans twice and gave us modern blues fueled guitar rock this is just a minor setback.

My view of Lazy Poms was formed living in on a Council Estate in Dagenham for a short time, and working on building sites.

I think you will find my Irish Ancestors did a lot of work on the railways, my Father worked in Huntly Coal mines as part of the assisted

LOL, no. I don't trust Farage, Boris, et al. I've lived in Scotland for many years and the EU has made a huge difference to many communities and areas, same with my home turf, the NE of England.
Not reasons to totally form ideals and votes from but real, and improving peoples lives.

I stand by my instincts, I do not trust those at the forefront and behind the leave campaign.
Only time will tell, now. I expect that cuts will continue in education, healthcare, benefits and infrastructure. Investment will be made in the armed forces, national security and police.

The BBC editiorial is just scaremongering. I'm not reading 10,000 pages of inane waffle. There's a huge section in the exit terms, that was negotiated prior to the agreement being ratified. It refers to no lesser terms than prior to ratification, which was zero. I was doing an economics course at the time and it was heavily featured in the study. I guess they could start at zero and then later change their monds. Merkel said should wouldn't be nasty?

Ok - Now you got me going, because the original agreement has been superceeded so many times. Try sections 3 & 8 of the 2009 ratification?

EDIT: Looking through the many many changes, no countries seem to accept any of thr agreements in full.
