With good reason. They've already backpedalled on nearly every promise they made during the campaign They started doing that immediately the result was announced. Then again I wouldn't let Cameron look after my lunch either.

His site jackofkent.com is down because almost his entire year's bandwidth was exceeded in three days following the announcement of the referendum result. He does, however, also have a blog in the Financial Times, there is a paywall but the blogs are free as long as you register. I hope that doesn't change because lately the FT has been placing his blogs on their main page.

Thanks for the link I enjoyed that although it was quite one sided i agreed with all of it. Free trade is a misappropriated term. Trade agreements are generally agreements for slightly lower tariffs duties quotas etc.

If Britain or any country for that matter wants free trade all it has to do is abolish all tariffs duties and quotas on imports.

Anyone who enjoyed that movie I recommend the 3 part PBS documentary Commanding Heights Battle for the World Economy. One of my favourite documentaries of all time.

I hope your joking. If not you should watch the documentary i mentioned gives a great primer on 18th century to present day economic changes with why and how.
