What about fines for wankers who sit in a crowd and force 20 people to breath their smoke?
yeah. but i could apply the same argument against townies. like. i don't want to sit in traffic and/or inhale diesel fumes, so gtfo my road.

everyone will always be disturbing someone elses peace. where the line is to be drawn?

So, you would be quite OK with sitting outside with someone who may be "harmful to the health of others" then?

Smokers can't choose their area, non smokers can. Sit and suffer, or move indoors.

Just asking. I'm glad that you will be happy to sit outside with me, whilst I'm loading my .357 revolver. It's not harmful to others...

You can do what you like with your .357 but if you look like causing me harm then I'd go somewhere else. Simple really.

I guess that whether you agree about smoking stinking or not........smoking is a choice that a lot of us choose not to partake in.......even if we used to smoke. Smoking can be imposed on those that dont want it, by smokers "exercising their rights" .......and that stinks too....
why should non smokers have to sit indoors on nice evenings at resturants or bars because of smoke?
