    mate sorry I wasnt being clear-Im planning to provide drinks etc at the track-Not for free -paid for by the people who want em

    boiiing--um os would just bottled water and hot tea and cofee be ok or are soft drinks preferable

    I doubt I'm going, but I'll offer my opinion anyway. I would say thats probably the best idea from your point of view.

    Trying to predict how much of each soft drink (everybody likes their own) is crazy, you could potentially have heaps left over, also depending on the weather. Aggregate demand is easier than disaggregate demand

    Let everybody bring their own, that way everybody gets what they want and its easy for you.

    Don't you need to pay for stock? I suppose a box a tea bags and a jug isn't going to cost you much.
