There are normally two different rides on Thursday evenings.

TTNR (The Thursday Night Ride) & TOTNR (The Other Thursday Night Ride).

TTNR is normally at a fairly quick pace while TOTNR is a little more leisurely.

Both tend to end up at the river bank car park in Lower Hutt.

TTNR became TRTNR (The Real Thursday Night Ride - C/- Mr WT) after TOTNR came to be.

TRTNR routes and destinations are.......well.......top secret. But you will be briefed at the usual departure point. (Bottom Maungaraki Hill)

We then head to Riverbank Carpark in the Hutt to watch the idiots for a while, usually meet up with TOTNR there and then on to Breakers (above Grumpy Mole) for some pool, beers and talk bullshit.

I will start a thread about it before next Thursday.

I vote that routes should be published before the event... along with plate, drivers licence numbers (in case riders are licenced) and home addresses of all participants to make it easier just in case there is difficulty identifying any motorcycles engaged in any excessive displays of acceleration, or even worse - illegal street racing!!

Thursday and Friday will suit me, esp when my new steed arrives. Any excuse to get used to a big bike again....
