Unlike the vast majority of MPs Nandor stood up for himself, the broad Green constituency, and occasionally said some common sense stuff. He wasn't another anonymous MP, and his point of view changed the way Parliament thought, and the way he thought about the political system and process.

I dodn;t want bread and butter cardy and suit wearing dry ball neo-con capitalists representing all NZ. I want a Parliament that reflects our society.
