i dont get upset about most things , but I was watching a video on u tube , interview with a psychopath, some sort of clinical training class study thing . I couldnt watch it , I would have shot the fker, He planned well in advance to meet a woman , have a child ( girl) ...you can guess the rest , but he was getting off on the total control .. big time.

I understand when an officer fears for his life and he needs to shoot someone. But you got to wait to see if he has a weapon. All he had was a toy truck. Officers are supposed to be trained to know the difference between a toy and a gun.

at a pure guess, it might be that the officer had his rifle set on 3 round burst and accidentally discharged his weapon (not sure if they use rifles with 3 round burst or semi-auto only) - but even if that is the case, that is extremely poor behavior - to the point where I'd consider it criminal negligence.

and also, if that's the best they can come up with an a range in controlled conditions, they're fucked when you add loud noises and flashing lights, adrenaline and saccharine.
i mean fuck. top left is alive. and bottom left you just shot the woman with a baby standing behind him.


and remember folks, cops in the us get a whole lot more bullets to practice with than keeeweeeees.
(kiwi cops dont even have to fire the number required to hold a pistol license)
