I mean - if your problem is White cops shooting black people, and then you as a Black person go and shoot white cops in retaliation - can you really be surprised when a White Cop with a nervous trigger finger opts for the tactic of 'shoot first, ask questions later'

Shooter is an ex-specialist in army. Did a tour in Afghanistan. So thats where his base training came from and possibly PTSD.

The attack was well thought through but I doubt any consequential thinking was involved. Cops didnt stand a chance against this guy.
