    YAY! im dead

Just got the GN250. Having only spent about 1.5 hours on motorbikes in my LIFE. It was pretty scary and cool all at the same time driving home. I think I will drive a car to work and get use to the bike over the weekend in the backstreets of Papamoa

Edit... Need L plates.. stupid tailgaters NEED to know im a noob.

    nice one. good on yer.

dont use the cage to commute, thats soft. you'll up your skills nice and fast by forcing yourself out into the traffic on the gn every day.

people who have bikes and only ride them on weekends are kind of ghey.

you dont want to be kind of ghey, do you.

    no, I thought not.

gay, adj Of, relating to, or having a sexual orientation to persons of the same sex.

ghey, adj Generally limp and inferior; likelihood of finding partners of either sex so low that sexual orientation entirely moot.

Good onya. Tauranga traffic is herendous(*sp) from what I remember of it the last time I was there.
As for Papamoa; when I was a kid, there was only a caravan park, a Dairy & a few batches. I couldn't believe the change when I saw it a bout five years ago.

I think the hardest is between 0 and 1st gear. If you practice starting, breaking, turning (without letting the engine stop!) you'll find yourself pretty tired after an hour. Speeding up to the highest gears is the easiest thing to do, IMHO
A good excercise is going around poles, not as easy at it seems!
    Good luck!

Don't trust the L-plate to let tailgaters know your a newb, judging from others' experiances on here it will only make them worse.

    Congrats on getting the bike.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
