Folding, adjustable Levers - will they pass a WOF?

I've fitted some aftermarket levers to my bike. They are adjustable and folding. Will the bike still pass a WOF?

    Cheers

I don't think it's really an inspection point. I've had aftermarket folding adjustable levers on my bike for years, never a single comment.
