Go http://gis.pcc.govt.nz/encounter/index.html
click I agree, make sure to have Java (from Sun). Then activate the Aerial maps in the layers and navigate, zooming as close as 100m from the ground! so much fun! the area should cover north up to Pukerua Bay, West to the Belmont park. East Titahi Bay, Plimmerton etc.
