    GSXR 600 Cat Dump

    Client cut off the cat box off the bottom of his bike. Something about the later years being more interchangeable, but not his.

    Anyway, he had an after market muffler and a bike with header pipes.

    My job was to make it all work together.

    Just a brief photo collage I'll do over next day or so.


    Start with photos of new flanges I machined to convert each end to the suitable diameter of piping I was going to use

    the pipe work is reasonably tidy, not sure on the can tho is that a dan moto?

    plastic fabricator/welder here if you need a hand ! will work for beer/bourbon/booze

    Yerp, may as well have a straight through pipe.

    Ouch!!!! I've just received a db meter from the interweb. On the assumption it is accurate out of interest I'll check my Ducati this weekend.

    127 - that is loud! 2 Bros do a end cap reducer thingy - I doubt that will get them under a hundy though.

    not for my one . it has a cast tip and is oddly shaped i have a good wof man and earplugs lol
