Sperm is white.
Your Supermarket will stock a product called Desolvit or Mitre 10 https://www.mitre10.co.nz/shop/searc...ed=Entire+site
Great stuff for removing stubborn stains and works well on road grime. Probably sperm stains as well. Plus it smells nice.

Years ago when My car had white letters on the tires , I used a little jif with scrubbing brush, they would come up like new.
Jiff with some steelwool
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....
Sugar soap has worked in the past to get rid of greasy crap on things, may work on tyres.
Or just paint them black, and never have to clean them again.
Riding cheap crappy old bikes badly since 1987

Thanks all for their suggestions.
I came up with an answer that worked really well - hand cleaner!
I had a container of that gritty white goo in the tool shed and it shifted the greasy build-up easily, i used a nail brush to apply and then soapy water. Best results through applying to a dry tyre, not wet.
Came up like new!
Cheap solution as well, i think the container was about $10 - i figure that if its safe for use on your hands, its probably not going to damage the tyre.

Our workshop had white walls. In the end it was just easier to paint them a darker colour as it showed the marks badly.
My old neighbour used to use the white liquid shoe polish on the tyres on his vintage car.
