Service intervals are a bit like cambelts. ..
All cambelts are the same.
Some manufacturers recommend changing after 80 100 or 120 k kms. On of our European cars 60 k kms.
Not that those belts wear faster, just the amount of risk the manufacturer is willing to take....
So having a 10.000 km service interval doesn't mean bike has been improved....
Just bigger risk acceptance..
