Well my RS125 disc used to move about 5mm. It was a bit rooted. Honda seem to keep them pretty tight on their roadbikes. Go wiggle a few other bikes to get calibrated but I'm not going to say yeah mate its fine without touching it.
Floaters need some space. In the old days really loose ones were used on race bikes, but they could apparently push the pads back with violent tank slappers on road ccts like IOM. I guess Honda make em tight so there is zero chance of that but you lose some of the floating advantage.
