    KTM 690 smc/enduro

2 bikes in one! Motard with 17" wheels and Adventure bike with 21/18" wheels!

Approx 30,000km (speedo replaced with one from a 990)
    Never been raced.
    Recently had forks serviced.
New conrod kit fitted, new cam chain etc.

I've owned this from new and after about 5,000km, I had the head ported and gas flowed. I then modified the airbox to fit a massive pod filter and tuned it for that plus the Akrapovich titanium exhaust. Stephen Briggs reckoned it was about as powerful as his ex works 660 motard and he did the work when at Triple X Motorbikes.
Runs really well as an Adventure bike and is quicker than a 500exc. I have a few spare sprockets that come with it so it can be geared differently when running the 17" or off road wheels.
New chain and sprockets fitted around 1,500km ago.

Have since added some extras as follow:

Spare 21/18" Adventure wheels with good quality knobbly tyres fitted.
    Touring screen
Akrapovich titanium header (not fitted at present but comes with the bike)
Touratech touring seat (std seat also included)
6 litre extra fuel tank in front underneath std front guards. Adds no extra width so feels like stock. 18 litres of fuel all up. I've fitted a fuel cock so you can cut off delivery from the 6 litre tank and use it as a 'reserve'.
K&N Filter with dry 'fine dust' filter on top
    Scott chain oiler
Bar risers and a nicer handlebar fitted
Quixk adjusting compression knobs on forks
Vortex computer replaces both KTM computers; great power delivery!
    Lithium battery
    Alloy belly pan
New front disc rotor (std one is good and comes with the spare wheels)
KTM rear bag (expandable) on quick release fitting
Alloy rear soft luggage frame and tank support.

2 photos added. I had a rear pannier frame and tank support made so that carrying saddlebags was easier. It's alloy and works really well plus adds support for the rear subframe.

What are you on about? I'm listing bikes I have for sale. I'm not a dealer. Two are my personal bikes and the rest are bikes a friend has imported because he had some spare cash.

Spam is an off topic post aimed at diversion; these are genuine sales

No, it's called offering privately owned bikes for sale.
I've owned up to 15 bikes at once personally at times. Does that make me a dealer?
If you're not interested in buying a great bike; why are you bothering to troll me?

I agree this is spammy as fuck. Pretty obnoxious to take over the online trading section for your mate to operate his business.

I love that you're bumping my KTM up the list.
Keep it up please, it's time I sold it after 12 years of awesome riding.

BTW: My mate is a sparky ROTFLMFAO!

Actually it is against the law to sell more than six vehicles in a 12-month period without being registered as a motor vehicle trader.

That sounds right. I thought there was a limit but didn't know what it was or if that had been done away with when the economy was "freed up" during the rogernomics dramas.

Wouldn't they only know if the vehicles were in the system and had the have ownership changed, no way to track anything that's not in the system or if you turn them over fast enough to keep them out of your name.
