Found this interesting seems bikes are like cars sooner or later they will be quieter and safer... until you crash but if it has autodrive(ride) that will be out of the question.

I saw that, I'm intrigued about the no helmet thing, doesn't seem to allow for being hit say side on by another vehicle.

Ok now I have purchased my first bike and I'm geared up from head to toe. nothing fancy but safety first. the big question I'm asking here is where can I go to practice some riding without disturbing any neighbourhoods and staying safe?
