Thanks to nzspokes I have some clip ons which is great. Trying to fit them got the throttle off and the brake fluid box off and now trying to get the rest off. I believe all I have to do now is remove two bolts and im done (unsure re ignition key yet). The issues is these are TIGHT, Any ideas on how to get these allan keys and The big bolt undone without destroying something haha

Firstly you don't have to remove the allen key bolts completely.....just loosen them off; the cap bolt shouldn't be that tight to remove either.
If they haven't been touched before they'll have a mid-strength retaining compound binding them.
    Remember lefty loosey righty tighty

Try them, if they are too tight tap the end with a Hammer or preferably a large drift to shock the thread. Not kidding.
Or alternatively get an impact driver with hex key bit. If someone has used locktight, boiling water can work.

I'm not sure I'd hit this cap screw with a hammer, or use an impact driver... You'll put a shock load through the head bearings.

Something else worth a go is spraying with CRC / WD40 / PB Blaster and leaving overnight, give it plenty of time to soak in before trying. Do this on both the head and the thread sides, I've had cap screws bond on the underside of the head before.

+1 on hot water (or a heat gun if you have one), try to heat up the clamp around the fork leg as well as the threads around the bolt - the expansion will help take some tension off the clamp. Caveat: if you are using a heat gun, do a few passes cold and check your backgrounds, it is very easy to damage wiring / plastics / paint by mistake. You don't need to give yourself another job on top.

A 6-point socket on that external hex nut will help too.

Extend the length of your allen key with a hollow tube giving it more torque.

I've had success with tight bolts using the tap tap tap method. pop a suitable tool in there and instead of heaving on the wrench or whacking the shit out of it, put pressure on it so the wrench is 'tight' then tap tap tap the end of the wrench/spanner - may take a fair few tap tap taps but you'll feel it move it it works.

A smallish 10mm or so ring spanner looped arround the end works as well for additional leverage as well.
