    XR200 won't start

I have had troubles with my XR200 before as you can read about in other threads but the problem has changed now. I can't get it to start at all now. Have rebuilt carb, set valve clearance, tried different spark plugs. There's plenty of spark, fuel is running into carb fine. Anyone got any ideas??

    Thanks

    Did it run before?
Are you sure you did the valve clearences with the piston in the correct position?
    Does it fire?
Have you set the choke in in the correct postion after rebuilding the carb?
Is the plug actually getting wet with fuel from your starting attempts.

Plus as he said, re the valve timing. that was my first thought.

    Re valve timing.....
    180 degrees out?
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

Put a new plug in and a way she went, running really nicely but now just blowing heaps of smoke. I guess its time to do those valve seals.
