All you need to ride around is an L plate ... No license required.

Thanks to all the haters who jumped on my comment. He's unlicenced and shouldn't be on the road. It's the law and we all have to follow it, his dad should know better being a certified instructor and could give him a BHS certificate and it takes no time at all to book in and do the theory test and ride legally.

Thanks for the negative for stating the law. I feel honoured that most of my reds were earnt by citing the law or manufacturers recommendations. Good to know I'm in bad company here.

Have my license now anyway. Did not get it through family. Was the holidays, no tests being done and I went to the first BHS I possibly could with a little prep so I'm not out there killing myself or endangering others.
