Coming south on Boxing Day the useless Australian bitch in my GPS took me through Temple View. Lucky I'm such a laid back, relaxed, soul or she'd have gone out the bloody window. Maybe I should pay the extra and get Billy Connolly? If he gives me a bum steer, I might at least get a laugh out of it.

Thinking back on the dear departed celebs from the past year and the associated mass hysteria, those who were big names in the 1960's are likely in their 70s now, and most of them were hardly paragons of healthy living. The banging on about 2016 was probably misplaced and the toll may well continue unabated.

Personally I hope I can make it through, after all Keith Richards is still with us, and if he can do it...
