Not sure if ill get away with these mufflers

Hey guys I'm needing to replace the mufflers on my 1992 SRV250. the stock mufflers are buggered and the previous owner hacked off the passenger peg mounts which was inconveniently what the stock pipes attached to. So my idea now is to go for a "shorty" style of muffler and have found this http://www.dimecitycycles.com/matte-...y-muffler.html or http://www.dimecitycycles.com/satin-...t-muffler.html any thought on weather or not this would indeed muffle the sound enough for a WOF or even with "shorty" mufflers in general am i doomed to fail the noise test? lastly if anyone has any ideas on decent small mufflers that wont break the bank to get a hold of please let me know! ill throw up picture so you can see what i mean about passenger pegs.

I don't think a Bobber needs a WoF, they are exempt.
