    Not quite true

They pressure you to sell at below your asking price

They charge you extra for advertising

    They rip you off

    They fuck you over

    Scum indeed

Been in there? It's a fucking rabbit warren! Tracks too narrow, boxes too close together, over priced cheap as materials building and building practices, wouldn't see me in there ever.

Cheers for all the feed back guys.

Think I will give it a shot! Worth it to save throwing away 20k on something I am capable of doing myself.

I was surprised as she had zero experience.
Got more than they were expecting and would do it again.

Probably easier in a sellers market. Agents in theory have a better idea of what you will get and the 3.5% they charge is reflected in this.

We have listed two properties on TM ourselves and would have to agree it is the best deal for you if you sell. My opinion, spend time and or money getting amazing photos and a fly around video. Price is usually obvious based on local listings and sales.

DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

You're being far too generous. You're implying that he's bought a house.
