Probably easier in a sellers market. Agents in theory have a better idea of what you will get and the 3.5% they charge is reflected in this.

We have listed two properties on TM ourselves and would have to agree it is the best deal for you if you sell. My opinion, spend time and or money getting amazing photos and a fly around video. Price is usually obvious based on local listings and sales.

Hi Sold our house though home sell, they did the pictures & arranged at the advertising signs/flyers cost about $1k all up. Sold the house in 2 days buyer saw it on TM, but I also had an asking price on it made it a lot easier as didn't have time wasters.
