So they are going to let them come to trade school stoned/high on P (hell that's goota be good learning environment) and if by some chance they pass they wont get a job as most employers in the trade industries are drug testing now.

Got taught this trick many years ago working in ga station in bad part of town, sole charge. Boss had front sliding deadlock door setup. "After you open up always leave the lock set engaged"
Because in a robbery or home invasion you may have opportunity to leave and additionally lock the offender inside.

When people know there is a camera nearby, the incident rate increases dramatically. Seen it happen a few times.

Used to deliver to this hellhole about 15 years ago, even then it was bad, bang on 12 noon ALL the storeman would go to lunch for an hour..... God knows what its like now getting in and out of there...
