Yamaha 70's or 80's full loom or wiring harness

I'm restoring my 1972 XS2 and being a US import it has had all the turn signal wiring removed so I need to build a new loom.
I could buy a new loom or harness from Mikes XS but they are expensive and I'm not 100% sure it will have the right wiring or connectors so my plan is to make a new one from scratch using the wiring from another 70's or 80's Yamaha. The colour coding will be similar and the connectors should be the same but even if not I can make it work, I just need a couple of old looms to start with.
I'm in Nelson but I travel around a fair amount and I'm not opposed to paying for a courier - wiring isn't that heavy and it fits in a courier bag rolled up.
PM me what you have and where you are and how much you want for it please.

you're joking right, $61 usd, i just paid nearly $500 for a nos katana one despite having a later model one to use and i have to chop it anyway as it's going on a mcintosh, i'm an electrician and most electrical faults are essentially mechanical faults in the wiring and connectors, a new mikes xs one should be a long way there, although one wonders why they are so damn cheap.

So you're really just after the correct coloured wires to build a loom?

Best bet is going to be use the loom you have with the connectors that can't be changed, and buy the rest from Jaycar, the less joins in wires you have the better for the future. Use whatever coloured wire you like and make yourself a wiring diagram, nobody sees it once it's finished......
