The carbon outer tube on my arrow muffler has burnt through which I think is due to a lack of packing... anyone had experience in getting hold of replacement carbon tubes for them?

Google will be your friend. Try Arrow's website - I had Yoshi parts sent to me some years back from Yoshi USA - not a hope of getting them in NZ.
