And that did not go well - for me anyway. At least Dovi has a slim chance in Spain.

I had put another $40 on MM for a podium. Trying to cover my arse really. So that worked out well too:

40 for a win @ $2.75 and 40 for a podium @ $1.75 on Marquez
10 for a podium @ $3.90 on Zarco
10 for a podium @ $17.00 on Rins

It was painful watching the last laps though. I wanted Lorenzo to get on the second step for a good race (and a Dovi lifeline) and at the same time park it so my wallet didn't suffer.

At least Zarco did the biz.

Now on $79.70

Ouch! Mmmm not even sure he was able to win in the dry tbh, but thought he would be closer in the wet myself! This is the new MM though he's the full package these days, 2015 taught him lots. Doesn't help your TAB balance much though

I note the TAB are paying $1.04 on Marquez for the title. Looks a pretty safe bet too. I note one of the banks was offering an interest rate of 3.95% for a year and you pay tax on the interest. If I was a rich bastard I would be tempted by 4% in one week and no tax with Marquez.....

Yeah he's going to have to work hard to win the title Dovi, even if MM is off the pace and falls off the likes of Pedrosa, Rossi and Maverick aren't going to step aside and let him win I think.

I have dropped $39 on Pedrosa for a podium. That leaves me $40 (because I can't use the 70 cents) to play with. I will see who looks the part after a FP or two. Dovi is 4.50 for a win. I don't see him going 2nd or 3rd if he is within seeing distance of first. Win or bin.

$20 on Zarco at $4 for a podium. The final $20 will go when the TAB gets the race up. I should have put it on Marquez when he was $3.50 for a win. He looks like he will romp home as long as he survives the first few corners...

And after a truly unusual final race I present to you my end-of-season total.

A bonus of $66.50 after being down to (I think) $20 at one point. I think I would be on for next year too. Anyone else in? I imagine Crasher would be unless he has retired to the South of France on his winnings.
