Hutt side mate just opposite the quarry (theres a gravel carpark which is where we usually meet just above the traffic lights).
There will be a few other slower guys on supermotos and 250's going, so the plan is for everyone to go at their own pace, with the faster guys waiting at intersections/turn offs until everyone else has caught up. Please dont go too crazy, as i've had to scrape a friend off the side of the truck last week which I didn't enjoy. Take care, have fun and see you tommorrow!![]()

Saw Velox heading towards Haywards around 9am-ish - it was PISSING down and we were in the car (going the other way on the motorway). Hope you guys had a safe ride if you did indeed go. It's STILL pissing down. So much for the weather forecast for "sun sun sun" today!!
Happy birthday Vaseline Warrior!!

Being frustrated is disagreeable.
But the real disasters in life begin when you get what you want.
Hey guys-Awsome ride today thanks for showing up. Rain wasn't a problem as soon as we got over the hill and the wairarapa was mostly traffic and cop free. Il post some pics of the trip as soon as I figuire out how.....

Nice to meet you and glad I caught up with you folks.
Hope it was a worthy birthday ride.
That CBR looks great and sounds fantastic. Doesn't half go well too!![]()
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
Yeah awesome ride. Thanks for inviting me VW. First time I'd been on those roads and very fun.
I ruined the day for myself on the way home though. Low sided on the first right hander of the rimma's!That'll teach me it's my favourite corner and I tried to ride it too fast for the conditions.

Spada - stink mate! That's not fun at all. At least you don't have any fairings to worry about I guess. Is there much work that needs to be done to it or was it just a bit of a hide-behind-your-tinted-visor moment?
Yeah - that was def a case of four seasons in one day. Well, at least two frequently alternating seasons. Rain all along SH1, fine on the top of the hill and all the way to Castle Point, dry most of the way back then torrential rain the last few ks into Masterton. At least it was dry on the hill on the way back though! Great birthday dash eh -Good timing too Jim.
I love that road!!!![]()
