Selling my beloved F650GS as i have to leave the country in a few months,
was planning to store it until i return but as plans never go to plan, i won't have anywhere to store it!
Bike will come with full panniers,top box and tank bag(Tank bag isn't pictured). Side storage boxes are adjustable to make wider.
12v cigarette power point will stay on the bike too.
Has a upgraded bigger and blacked out windscreen.
I've removed the horn and fitted a DENALI SOUNDBOMB (124+ DB), so theres never a dull moment when being cut up or warning people of your presence.
Full engine protection bars fitted with auxiliary projector spotlights clamped to them for extra light at night which feature 3 modes:
Mode 1: Solid Bright Lights
Mode 2: Solid Dim Lights
Mode 3: Flashing Bright Spots (Absolutely brilliant for filtering heavy traffic allowing people to see you well in advance and create a little more space)
Less than 1000kms ago i had two new tyres fitted worth $500 (michelin anakee 3)
Less than 500kms ago i ordered and fitted a scorpion exhaust worth $500+ which was handmade and delivered from the U.K. (This was done before my plans has changed, otherwise i probably wouldn't have ordered it!). So you have a choice of the standard exhaust or this grunty exhaust which makes people hear you behind them
I also removed the standard oil cap and ordered a metal oil temperature gauge cap from germany which allows you to monitor oil temperature on the go!
5000kms ago the previous owner has fitted a new chain and sprockets.
just over a 1000kms ago, i had all 4 shims changed which checking valve clearances just for a peace of mind,the throttle body cleaned, fork oil changed along with the brake fluid and coolant. (This work was carried out by "MotoMax" who is an auckland based mobile mechanic who picked up my bike and carried out the work at his place)
I carried out the an oil change(20w50 penrite premium full zinc mineral oil), oil filter and air filter (k&n oil filter and lifetime reusable air filter) a day before motomax came for my bike.
