    I replaced 2 belts myself.....quite a big job.
    Between 6 -8 hours.
    Belt that broke in chch roadworks was near new!

    Had belt replaced at radical choppers. (Excellent service!)
    Had to spend extra 3 days in Canterbury, have different transport and pay a bit under 1k for the repair.

    Sold Harley in perfect condition.... still going strong.

    Just no more Harleys for me....unless they address the way belts are fitted...ala sporty/ Buell /Victory.

    Shame, since I liked almost everything else about the old girl.

    Got a Honda now...haha

    yamaha parts nz is like getting blood from a stone --- colemans Suzuki parts team too are awesome, should have stuck with suzuki shame their small bike is about 20 kg to heavy and 20 hp to low compared to the competition
