MHR iconic bike
Mike put over 50 seconds on Phil Read (on the works Honda)and then passed him in that first lap of the IOM.
Being a Ducati it did blow up, (of course) but just over the line.
Its a such a tragedy he died so young.

cost plenty of slides to get going right, Phil Payne spent a lot of time fiddling with it & it ran some of his goodies off his Alchemy RV-1 at one stage and it didn't like pump gas
