    WTD DRZ400 / DR650 front end / forks

Hey team, i want to upgrade the buggered forks on my G/S. Preferably drz400 but will also look at 650, ill consider any parts but woul love a complete front end of forks / triples / wheel / front guard / front brake.

Does anyone have any bits or know of someone wrecking a bike?

    cheers
    Blake

I have a set of DRZ-250 forks, I'd have to check if the chrome is still ok.

The DRZ 250 forks are the same diameter as the 650 forks but have single cartridge internals with external damping/rebound adjusters and are about 4cm longer that the 650 forks, also the brake caliper mounts are 20mm shorter as the 250 uses a smaller brake disc, but I also have a custom made 20mm alloy adapter to space the caliper out 20mm to run the 650 sized disc. They currently have stock springs fitted which are .01 spring rate lighter than the 650, .39 for the 250 springs vrs .40 for the 650 springs. Aftermarket 650 springs drop straight into the 250 forks so they are easily upgraded.

I also have a rm250 wheel/axle/spacers which all slots straight into the 250/650 forks but the wheel has a smaller disc as above. At the moment the wheel has 80% tread TKC80 mounted on it.

I don't have any other front end bits.
