2001 Yamaha R6 Engine MATCH

Hey guys,

I've found myself an engine for my 01 R6, I had a look at the engine number and there is a difference even though they're made for the same model of bike (99-02).

My engine: Y2 5EB00
Other engine: Y1 5EB00

Would this be a problem? My guess is different electrical plugs however from the pics they look similar.
