    After market exhaust systems.

Saw an interesting sight the other day. There was a snarl-up in the traffic on the main street of the city where I live. Had to take a slight detour past the local cop shop.

On closer inspection I saw a big pile of bike exhausts on the side of the road. One officer was laying a few at a time out in the middle of the road and a large road works roller was driving over them. Seems there's been a crackdown on noisy exhausts.

Was quite amused that they were doing it in the middle of the main street though.

Good thing they've solved all the real crime so they can waste their time on this bullshit. That's NZ police for you.

I concur. Sending our Popo's to the Philippines to destroy motorcycle exhausts just seems like an extravagant waste of money.

I'm guessing form the OP's location (Philippines) that this is not in NZ.

I didn't realise this guy was from the Phillipines. Weird that he's posting here about it.

Noisy exhausts piss most people off.

Police get funded to enforce transport law. 23% of their total funding, as it happens.

But never let the facts stand in the way of a good, uninformed whinge.

You must mean noisy exhausts used with extra right hand wrist action after dark in residential areas.
I got noisy exhausts on both road bikes but I do not wrist twist in town to get noticed or cause a nuisance.
