    Name for my race bike

This season Im going to be campaining a SV650.Many plans are afoot and in motion to turn the evil handling gutless beast into something at least as good as Mella Yella .I must say its a heck of an ask
The way SV's make power is totally different to what Im used to riding so its gonna be a heck of a learning curve.
I've had the bike dyno'd very recently and its putting out a meazley 62.5 hp and runs out of power at 9000- reving it higher is only for noise cos it sure aint goin faster.
Handling wise its diabolical -as those that saw me at Manfeild will attest to
A real tendancy to be vaugue in the steering and when the forks get hot it starts to Waunder in the front end.
Any hoo I love to name my bikes and so Im sorta thinking Black Ice or Black shadow. Any other ideas from you lot greatly apreciated.
    ACTUALLY --lets make this fun
Whoever comes up with the name I use for my bike wins a free track session on it at the Taupo track day.
Put ya thinking caps on folks

    The 'Black Bouncer'?
    'Dung Beetle'
    'I can't believe that's only a 650!'

Anyone who suggests something lame along the lines of 'Black Beauty' gets instant red rep. FFS.

Well, since they make all their power as a big lump in the middle. Why not call it 'the camel'. Paint it yellow even.

Hmmm, a track session on an averagly powered yellow SV with a dubious front end... sounds familiar. Mine's called Sasha. A friends girlfriend suggested it and I can't think of anything better.

Trust me on this one my freind. By the time the track day comes around it will no longer be underpowered or evil handling.
As we speak parts are winging their way in my direction which may just improve things -in the handling stakes hopefully a LOT
Ive been yakking to a bunch of guys overseas who have been there done that so its a matter of paint by numbers rather than the big experiment.
I just need the parts to arrive and the transformation will begin.

Are you going to use longer spacers and heaver weight oil weight oil again?
Do you do the work on it yourself or do you get someone else to do it?
Anyone in Auckland you'd reccomend? I've finally got some bling to spend on my bike.

    Sorry if slightly OT.
