Classic Japanese 2 Stroke Crankshaft and Engine Reconditioning Service?

Can anyone recommend a motorcycle service outlet or person in NZ who I could contact who is experienced in servicing old classic 2 stroke 60's & 70's Japanese motorcycle engines ie; strip down and rebuild crankshafts and do a quality engine reconditioning service?

Any motorcycle shop with mechanics that are actually motorcycle mechanics should be able to do two stroke cranks. If you're stuck for people down there, send it to us here in Welly. Mark Boyle and John Carney (our two top mechanics) are crank wizzes.

If you don't want to go out of ChCh, try Wallace at Marshland Engineering.

Vertical vs Horizontal split. Locating pins, rings, oil shields queer oil feeds odd bearings. A 60s/70s multi is not an mx crank.
