One of the classic rags did a write up a while back - apparently its a reborn GB400 engine and they gave it a cautious thumbs up...

Reborn GB400 motors have been used in a lot of Hondas since the mid 90's,I have one in my 2003 Honda CL400 Street Tracker (carburated) and Honda still make the CB400SS with the GB400 motor,both are domestic Jap models but have been imported to NZ.
