They are compared to WCC. Riders used to park their bikes on Boulcott Street. Council officers would nail them with tickets, and hand out "failure to display rego" tickets to boot, unless your rego was exactly in the "correct" spot.
Council don't like bikes on the footpaths, even Boulcott Street which is at least 5 metres wide and the bikes only took up 2 metres.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
